These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “student,” or “client”) and Academy FBA, governing your access to and use of our website, courses, mentorships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Nature of Services
Academy FBA provides online education, mentorship, and done-for-you services to help individuals and businesses learn and succeed in Amazon e-commerce.
Our programs include:
Online recorded courses (“Start Program”)
Live group or 1-on-1 mentorships (“Pro Program”)
Managed e-commerce operations and consulting (“Partner Program”)
All Services are educational in nature and do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your results and business decisions.
3. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment must be completed before gaining access to any Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized gateways.
If you select a payment plan, you authorize Academy FBA to charge your card automatically according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
4. Refund Policy
Because our Services include access to proprietary content and intellectual property, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
However, Academy FBA may, at its discretion, grant a partial or full refund in specific cases, such as technical errors or duplicate payments.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Failure to attend live sessions or complete assignments,
Change of mind or financial situation, or
Results that do not meet expectations.
Mentorship and Done-for-You programs are non-refundable once the onboarding call has been completed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services—including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, strategies, systems, and training materials—is the exclusive property of Academy FBA (Trendmakers Miami LLC).
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your personal or business learning purposes only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.
6. Use of the Website and Community Platforms
You agree not to:
Share your login credentials with others,
Post or transmit any offensive, illegal, or defamatory content,
Solicit or sell competing services inside our community platforms,
Upload or distribute viruses or harmful code.
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these Terms, without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Results
Academy FBA provides education and guidance to help you start and grow your Amazon business.
However, individual results vary depending on factors beyond our control such as product choice, market conditions, effort, and consistency.
We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, or financial results.
You acknowledge that building a business requires work, persistence, and investment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academy FBA and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Academy FBA for the Service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary or private information you obtain through our programs, including student databases, internal materials, or business data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse, or illegal activity.
You may cancel your participation at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You and Academy FBA agree to waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
Each party will bear its own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise required by law.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Entire Agreement
